Each unit is constructed with terraces 10-20 square meters each. All units in the ground floor have their own unfenced gardens. Common areas become part of the garden right outside your door.

In each home, you have a choice to bunk in a king-size bed or two single beds, side tables provided. The promise is a cushy goose-feather pillow to carry your weary head and crown.

Spaces
Rooms extend to lofty balconies, and ceilings are at least 2-3-persons high. The windows are big allowing natural light in, but you can choose to cover them with hand-embroidered curtains.
Outside your unit's walls are private gardens, manicured and landscaped with plenty of open and shaded areas.

Anya's interiors are meant to provide a fresh perspective on modern Filipino design. We have furnished our lounges with rattan and abaca couches, sofas, tables, and chairs. Our layouts have kept in tune with our objective to be magnanimous in giving our clients personal space.
